Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours at our Brisbane warehouse. Processing times may vary over Public Holidays and weekends. After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.  


Deliveries typically take 2-10 business days, depending on location and shipping method. You'll receive tracking details once your order is on its way. 

Australia:

  • Standard shipping: $9.95
  • Express shipping: $15.95 (select at checkout)
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $120

All deliveries have automatic authority to leave. OODLE NATION is not liable for non-delivery or theft

 

Shipping delays are beyond our control, and we cannot take responsibility for them.

 

Returned to Sender parcels: If your parcel is returned to us because it wasn’t collected in time or the delivery address was incomplete, items can be re-shipped after the return has been made and a reshipping fee has been covered prior to the items second dispatch.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $120. Free shipping only applies to orders within Australia. 

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. East coast Australian orders will usually arrive within 5-7 working days. Deliveries to west coast Australia and remote areas may take longer.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

What are your shipping costs?

Our shipping costs differ depending on where the order is shipping to and how fast it’s getting there.

Standard Shipping is estimated at $9.95

Express Shipping is estimated at 15:95

 

Larger, heavier orders may attract a higher shipping fee. 

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please email us ASAP at hello@oodlenation.com.au with the correct details.

 

If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll update the address.

 

If your order has already been dispatched, we won’t be able to make any changes, and we cannot take responsibility for incorrect address details.
