Product & Ingredients

How long does shipping take?

We will process your order within 1-2 business days (excluding public holidays). Once processed, shipping will take between 2-10 business days depending on your location. Note that remote and rural areas can take longer.

Are your products safe for puppies?

Yes. Our gentle, pH-balanced formulas are carefully designed to be safe for puppies as well as adult dogs. We use only pet-safe ingredients so you can feel confident giving your little one the best start in coat and skin health.

What makes your shampoo different?

Our range is formulated exclusively for Oodles using a unique Prebiotic Complex that supports a healthy skin microbiome. Combined with premium botanicals, oat oil and no nasties, our products deliver a luxury spa-like clean that is gentle and effective.

Where is the shampoo & conditioner made?

Oodle Nation Shampoo and Conditioner is proudly Australian made. Our manufacturer is based in NSW, Australia

Do you offer subscriptions or bundles?

Yes. We currently have two bundle options available  - our Signature Duo Pack and our Luxury Oodle Spa Pack. We will consider a subscription model down the track.

How to Use

How often should I wash my Oodle?

Most Oodles benefit from a bath every 2-4 weeks, depending on their coat type, activity level and grooming routine. Our gentle, sulphate-free formula means you can wash as often as needed without drying or irritating the skin.

Can I use the shampoo with other grooming products?

Yes. Our products are designed to compliment other high quality grooming items such as detangling sprays and professional grooming treatments.

Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship across Australia only. We hope to expand  internationally soon.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders will be processed within 1-2 days. Shipping will then take 2-10 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we do offer express shipping Australia wide for $15.95

Returns & Support

What’s your return policy?

We are confident that you will love our Oodle Nation products. However, if you are not satisfied with our products, you may return them within 14 days of purchase in its original, unused condition. We cannot accept returned goods that have been used. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and assume any risk of lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit. If you would like a refund or exchange, please contact us at hello@oodlenation.com.au

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photographic evidence.
