How long does shipping take?
We will process your order within 1-2 business days (excluding public holidays). Once processed, shipping will take between 2-10 business days depending on your location. Note that remote and rural areas can take longer.
Are your products safe for puppies?
Yes. Our gentle, pH-balanced formulas are carefully designed to be safe for puppies as well as adult dogs. We use only pet-safe ingredients so you can feel confident giving your little one the best start in coat and skin
What makes your shampoo different?
Our range is formulated exclusively for Oodles using a unique Prebiotic Complex that supports a healthy skin microbiome. Combined with premium botanicals, oat oil and no nasties, our products deliver a luxury spa-like clean that is gentle and effective.
Where is the Shampoo and Conditioner made?
Oodle Nation Shampoo and Conditioner is proudly Australian made. Our manufacturer is based in NSW, Australia
Do you offer subscriptions or bundles?
Yes. We currently have two bundle options available - our Signature Duo Pack and our Luxury Oodle Spa Pack. We will consider a subscription model down the track.
