We are confident that you’ll love your Oodle Nation products, however if you are not entirely satisfied with products purchased from OODLE NATION online, you may return any item within 14 days of purchase in its original, unused condition. We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and assume any risk of lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit. If you would like a refund or exchange, please contact us at hello@oodlenation.com.au.

A flat shipping rate of AUD$12 (dependant on original shipping location) will be deducted from your return total once received and processed.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 

Change-of-Mind Returns
While we do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind, we may offer a store credit in certain instances, at our discretion. Store credits are issued once items are received back in their original, unused condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we are not liable for goods lost or damaged in transit.

 

To request a return or store credit, please email us at hello@oodlenation.com.au before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for items that are unused and in original condition. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns on:

- Used products

- Items returned without prior contact

- Gift cards

 

Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If your item meets all return conditions (unopened, unused, and in brand-new condition), your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.


Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. If you haven’t received your refund after this timeframe, feel free to follow up with us at hello@oodlenation.com.au 


Returned to Sender parcels
If your parcel is returned to us because it wasn’t collected in time or the delivery address was incomplete, items can be re-shipped after the return has been made and a reshipping fee has been covered prior to the items second dispatch.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@oodlenation.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. You must report the damage with photographic evidence within 3 days of receiving the goods. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
